El Cap Energy Group (“El Cap”) was formed in 2025 by a group of industry veterans that spun out of Pattern Energy Group. The management team has extensive experience developing, financing, and commercializing large-scale infrastructure projects throughout North America. El Cap originates and develops infrastructure projects at the intersection of the energy and digital industries and is actively developing a multi-GW portfolio of assets that is centered on scalable generation, transmission, and digital infrastructure in North America.
